I got contact of Jessie (insurance agent) through one of my friend, last couple of years he is helping me to find the best quote. Very responsive agent, explains the details, always suggest the best option. I had seen agents give low quotes but cutting the coverage and features, Jessie has been great and I highly recommend Smart Move Insurance 👍

Story changed in 5 years, eventually I switched from this broker since rates kept on increasing without any claims, so I had to switch since not much help given other than just renewing.

When we purchased our home we got a home warranty via Smart Move. For over 3 years Jessie has followed up with me on my car insurance to check and see if they could find me a better rate. For 3 years, our existing policy was the best. However, this year Jessie followed up and found us a better price for the same coverage.

I appreciate Jessie's follow up, consistency and professionalism. Each time he was unable to beat the quote, he was honest with us and said he would reach out again. Once Jessie found us a better price, he answered all my questions and got us transitioned to a new policy. 5/5 for Jessie!!!!
