Very responsive agent, explains the details, always suggest the best option. Jessie has been working with me for at least 8 years now! My daughter recently turned 16 and shortly after we bought her a car. When we purchased our home we got a home warranty via Smart Move. For over 3 years Jessie has followed up with me on my car insurance to check and see if they could find me a better rate. For 3 years, our existing policy was the best. However, this year Jessie followed up and found us a better price for the same coverage.

I appreciate Jessie's follow up, consistency and professionalism. Each time he was unable to beat the quote, he was honest with us and said he would reach out again. Once Jessie found us a better price, he answered all my questions and got us transitioned to a new policy. 5/5 for Jessie!!!!

Jessie Mackey at Smart Move Insurance is customer service. Great insurance broker. The guy picks up the phone when you call, seriously. No answering service, no press one, press two, please hold let us transfer you , you are number 2,356 on hold …..none of that.

Website's main page advertises something they just claimed by phone that they do not offer at the moment. Hmmm
