When we purchased our home we got a home warranty via Smart Move. For over 3 years Jessie has followed up with me on my car insurance to check and see if they could find me a better rate. For 3 years, our existing policy was the best. However, this year Jessie followed up and found us a better price for the same coverage.I appreciate Jessie's follow up, consistency and professionalism. Each time he was unable to beat the quote, he was honest with us and said he would reach out again. Once Jessie found us a better price, he answered all my questions and got us transitioned to a new policy. 5/5 for Jessie!!!!
