Smart Move Insurance doesn't deserve any stars. I was a loyal customer for many years, Insuring multiple vehicles. Upon me canceling my policy because of there increased price hikes, by formal letter. They charged me with another month beyond the cancelation date
($471.33 ) sending this bogus charge to collections. It is my belief they done this out of spite. Therefore, due to this type business practice, and lack of care for their customers Smart Move Insurance doesn't deserve even a one review !

I wanted to spend less with the best service and found that with smart move insurance. Started with home insurance but now purchase all insurance through smart move. Jessie Mackie is awesome always there when I call and definently finds the best deals on insurance possible. I saved over 50% just by asking Jessie if he knows of any better prices available.

Jessie has been working with me for at least 8 years now! My daughter recently turned 16 and shortly after we bought her a car. During the whole process of shopping around for prices and different types of coverage Jessie has been great. He responded to countless emails asap and is easy to communicate with! My family appreciates everything he has helped us with!

When we purchased our home we got a home warranty via Smart Move. For over 3 years Jessie has followed up with me on my car insurance to check and see if they could find me a better rate. For 3 years, our existing policy was the best. However, this year Jessie followed up and found us a better price for the same coverage.

I appreciate Jessie's follow up, consistency and professionalism. Each time he was unable to beat the quote, he was honest with us and said he would reach out again. Once Jessie found us a better price, he answered all my questions and got us transitioned to a new policy. 5/5 for Jessie!!!!

Jessie Mackey at Smart Move Insurance is customer service. Great insurance broker. The guy picks up the phone when you call, seriously. No answering service, no press one, press two, please hold let us transfer you , you are number 2,356 on hold …..none of that.

Website's main page advertises something they just claimed by phone that they do not offer at the moment. Hmmm

Jessie is great to work with, found the best policy to fit my needs at a fair price. Response time is fantastic gets back to me in a timely manner and on top of it every time. Makes my life easier and I trust him with all my insurance needs.

I got contact of Jessie (insurance agent) through one of my friend, last couple of years he is helping me to find the best quote. Very responsive agent, explains the details, always suggest the best option.
